Linkerbot Linker Hand L30 – 25-DOF High-Bionic Dexterous Hand

The Linkerbot Linker Hand L30 is a highly bionic and high-degree-of-freedom robotic hand system that mimics human hand motion, adopting bionic tendon-drive technology to deliver precise grasping and manipulation performance.

It features 5 fingers, 18 active DOFs and 25 total degrees of freedom (including 2 wrist DOFs), with ±0.20mm repeatability and 0.5N gripping force resolution. Weighing 1.3kg, it supports a maximum payload of ≥8kg and adopts RS485/ROS communication interfaces for easy integration.

It is widely used in scientific research, industrial automation, rehabilitation, medical treatment, AI interaction and various precise operation scenarios, providing a stable and high-performance bionic manipulation solution for intelligent robotics applications.

(1) Linker Hand L30 is a high-load 4-DOF bionic dexterous hand with integrated high-torque drive components and full-finger passive adaptive joints. It provides stronger clamping force and higher static load capacity than L20 series, featuring fast response speed and excellent repeat positioning accuracy. With IP54 dustproof and splash-proof grade, it can steadily grab heavy small parts, soft packages and fragile items. The compliant passive structure automatically fits workpieces of different outlines, realizing stable wrapping grasping without complex algorithm tuning. (2) It adopts 24V wide voltage power supply and CAN bus communication, equipped with a general standard end flange that can be directly mounted on mainstream collaborative robotic arms and humanoid robots without custom adapters. Full open-source development resources including Python SDK and ROS/ROS2 official drivers are compatible with Windows and Linux. It supports motion capture glove teleoperation to achieve real-time human hand motion mapping, simplifying equipment debugging and secondary development for researchers and engineers. (3) Benefiting from mature mass production, Linker Hand L30 possesses outstanding cost performance and longer service life, suitable for laboratory research, robotics education and medium-load industrial flexible sorting. It is widely used in embodied intelligence experiments, electronic assembly, material handling and robot interactive display projects.
