ESTUN HR-B5-UB – Dualarmige kollaborative humanoide Roboterplattform
Die ESTUN HR-B5-UB ist eine hochgradig anpassungsfähige dualarmige humanoide Roboterplattform, die für industrielle Anwendungen sowie wissenschaftliche Forschungsumgebungen entwickelt wurde. Dank ihres kompakten und praxisorientierten Designs unterstützt sie eine manuelle Höhenverstellung mit einem Verstellbereich von ca. 300 mm. Das Kopfsystem wiegt etwa 2 kg und verfügt über 16 aktive Freiheitsgrade. Jeder Arm besitzt eine maximale Traglast von 5 kg (ohne dexteröse Hand) bei einem Eigengewicht von ≤ 8,5 kg. Die oberen Gliedmaßen sind mit einem Metallgehäuse und 7-DOF-Rotationsgelenken ausgestattet, verfügen über eine integrierte Luftkanal-Kühlung sowie umfassende Sicherheits- und Erweiterungskonfigurationen.

Paired with ESTUN's user-friendly programming software, it enables online program editing, simulation and debugging, significantly reducing human coordination costs.
