Er eignet sich besonders für Pick-and-Place, Montage, Qualitätsprüfung, Maschinenbeschickung sowie Klebe- und Dosieraufgaben. Die intuitive Bedienung per Direkt-Teaching, Weboberfläche oder Teach-Pendant verkürzt die Inbetriebnahme. Offene Schnittstellen und SDKs unterstützen die Systemintegration. Wahlweise ist der FR3 in IP54 oder als IP65-Version für staubige und feuchte Umgebungen verfügbar.
