Der FANUC CRX-10iA ist ein kollaborativer 6-Achs-Roboter mit einer Reichweite von 1.249 mm und einer Traglast von 10 kg. Mit einer Wiederholgenauigkeit von ±0,04 mm und einem Eigengewicht von nur 40 kg eignet er sich ideal für Pick & Place, Montage, Verpackung und Schweißanwendungen. Die integrierte Kraftsensorik ermöglicht sicheres Arbeiten direkt neben Menschen – ohne zusätzliche Hardware.
Die Programmierung erfolgt über das intuitive Tablet Teach Pendant mit Drag-and-Drop-Oberfläche oder durch manuelles Führen. Der CRX-10iA nutzt den kompakten R-30iB Mini Plus Controller und unterstützt Softwarelösungen wie ROBOGUIDE, iRVision und ZDT. Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über 200–240 V AC, und der Roboter ist für Decken-, Wand- oder Bodenmontage geeignet.
Typische Einsatzbereiche sind Palettierung, Maschinenbedienung, Qualitätsprüfung und Klebeanwendungen. Dank 8 Jahren wartungsfreiem Betrieb, einfacher Integration und hoher Zuverlässigkeit ist der CRX-10iA ideal für KMUs und Automatisierungseinsteiger.
