During this customer test at our branch in India, a handling process with connectors was to be tested cost-effectively in accordance with customer requirements. The customer application was realised with a linear gantry and a suction gripper.

Gantrys are a combination of several linear axes to realise a multi-dimensional movement. For a wide variety of tasks, igus offers gantries as surface, line and room gantries. igus gantries contain preconfigured drylin linear modules/axes with NEMA stepper motors as well as all components required for the customer's own assembly.
