The palletizing solution from Dobot, featuring the CR20 and the lifting column, is a powerful and flexible option for various industries. Here are some of its key features:

: This robot has a maximum payload of 20 kg and a maximum palletizing height of up to 2,100 mm. It is ideal for heavy tasks such as picking, packing, palletizing, and welding.

: The palletizing speed can reach 8-13 pieces per minute, depending on the use of single or double vacuum suction cups. This allows for flexible adaptation to different production lines and significantly increases productivity.

: The solution can be set up in just 30 minutes without requiring any programming. An intuitive configuration interface and 3D display make it easy to set up and visualize palletizing tasks.

: The CR20A features a high protection level (IP54) and an electromagnetic brake protection that reduces the drop height of the end effector in the event of a power failure.

Small Robot Company is an agricultural robotics company that specializes in precision agriculture. They use artificial intelligence to detect exactly where weeds are in the field. If it's a good weed, it stays put, but if it's a bad weed, it can be removed. Electricity can be used to destroy both the weed and the root accordingly. High-tech, high-precision and reliable equipment was needed for this application, so Small Robot Company chose igus. The igus components are insensitive to dust and dirt, do not weigh much and are also available at a low price.

In the customer test setup at igus, an Omron Scara robot is used, equipped with an EGP gripper and an RBTX Varioshaker. The robot's task is to pick small gears.
