Le DOBOT CR30H est un robot collaboratif robuste à forte capacité, offrant une charge utile de 30 kg, une portée de 1 800 mm et une vitesse articulaire de 300°/s. Il assure une répétabilité de ±0,05 mm, bénéficie d’un indice de protection IP67 et intègre un système avancé de suppression des vibrations pour une palettisation précise. Les technologies HyperMove™ de contrôle de mouvement et TrueMotion™ de reproduction de trajectoire garantissent un fonctionnement stable à haute vitesse.
La programmation est intuitive via le pupitre d’apprentissage, un PC ou une application mobile, avec des fonctions d’apprentissage par guidage manuel (drag-to-teach) et des capteurs de couple intégrés. Les interfaces de communication comprennent Modbus, TCP/IP, Profinet, EtherCAT ainsi que des entrées/sorties numériques. Les fonctionnalités de sécurité incluent une détection de collision en 1 ms et des freins à sécurité intégrée.
