Cobot de précision pour une automatisation industrielle flexible

Le Fairino FR3 est un robot collaboratif à 6 axes offrant une charge utile de 3 kg et une portée de 622 mm. Avec une répétabilité de ±0,02 mm et une conception compacte et légère (environ 15 kg), il est idéal pour les applications robotiques de précision dans l’automatisation industrielle. Une version antidéflagrante est également disponible en option.

Il prend en charge les protocoles TCP/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU ainsi que, en option, Profinet, EtherCAT et Ethernet/IP. La programmation peut être réalisée en C#, C++, Python, ROS et ROS2. Le robot est piloté via un pupitre d’apprentissage de 10,1 pouces ou une application web, et repose sur une architecture EtherCAT garantissant des performances en temps réel.

Ses applications typiques incluent les opérations de pick-and-place, l’inspection qualité, le collage et l’assemblage dans des secteurs tels que l’électronique, les semi-conducteurs et le commerce de nouvelle génération.
