Les robots SCARA i4L d'Omron, disponibles en versions L350, L450 et L550, offrent une portée de 350 à 550 mm et une charge utile jusqu'à 5 kg. Avec une répétabilité de ±0,01 mm et des temps de cycle à partir de 0,38 seconde, ils sont idéaux pour les applications à haute vitesse et haute précision. Leur conception compacte avec contrôleur intégré permet un montage sur table ou au mur, optimisant l'espace.
La programmation s'effectue via le logiciel ACE, intuitif, ou Sysmac Studio. Avec une architecture ouverte (langage eV+) et des interfaces intégrées telles qu'EtherCAT, RS-232C et entrées/sorties numériques, ces robots s'intègrent facilement dans des systèmes d'automatisation existants. Un voyant lumineux RGB multicolore indique l'état du robot et facilite la maintenance prédictive.

The i4L enables easy integration with a compact design and small footprint. Installation is extremely simple, as the robot can be mounted on a horizontal (table mounting) or vertical surface (wall mounting) without the need for additional adapters or brackets. Cable connections can be arranged so that they exit either through or parallel to the mounting surface.
