Piastra adattatrice universale ISO-50 e ReBeL
Il sistema di cambio piastra adattatrice è composto da una piastra base con attacco ISO 50 e igus ReBeL, oltre a piastre portautensili intercambiabili per diversi sistemi di presa. Sono supportati Schunk EGP 25 ed EGP 40, Zimmer GEP2010, Schmalz CobotPump ed Effecto ECG2. Il design modulare consente cambi utensile rapidi mantenendo invariata l'interfaccia del robot, riducendo così i tempi di riattrezzaggio. I componenti lavorati con precisione garantiscono un collegamento sicuro tra robot e pinza e sono ideali per applicazioni di automazione flessibile, movimentazione e pick-and-place.

ISO-50 & ReBeL Universal Adapter Plate Changeover System Set for Schunk, Zimmer, Schmalz and Effecto
The adapter plate changeover system is supplied as a complete set and comprises 1 base plate with ISO 50 and igus ReBeL mountings, as well as 2 tool plates. The first tool plate is designed for the Schunk EGP 25, Schunk EGP 40 and Zimmer GEP2010 grippers, whilst the second is designed for the Schmalz CobotPump and Effecto ECG2. Thanks to the modular changeover system, different grippers can be quickly and easily used on the same robot interface. This reduces changeover times and increases flexibility in automation, handling and pick-and-place applications.
