Il DOBOT CR30H è un robot collaborativo per applicazioni heavy-duty con carico utile di 30 kg, raggio d'azione di 1800 mm e velocità massima di 6 m/s. Offre una ripetibilità di ±0,05 mm, protezione IP67 e un sistema avanzato di soppressione delle vibrazioni per una pallettizzazione precisa. Il controllo di movimento HyperMove™ e la replica di traiettoria TrueMotion™ garantiscono un funzionamento stabile e ad alta velocità.
La programmazione è intuitiva tramite teach pendant, PC o app, con drag-to-teach e sensori di coppia. Le interfacce includono Modbus, TCP/IP, Profinet, EtherCAT e I/O digitali. Funzioni di sicurezza: rilevamento delle collisioni in 1 ms e freni fail-safe.
Ideale per i settori alimentare, automobilistico, logistico e chimico. Gestisce fino a 10 pezzi/min con precisione costante. Le varianti compatte e idonee al contatto con gli alimenti consentono un'implementazione rapida e un'automazione scalabile.

The DOBOT CR30HT (Touch Edition) stands out with its intuitive programming via a teach pendant, a PC, or an app and features integrated torque sensors. It is compatible with numerous interfaces, including Modbus, TCP/IP, Profinet, EtherCAT, and digital I/O, enabling simple system integration. Safety is the top priority: Even though it does not feature the “Drag-to-Teach” function, it is equipped with collision detection with a reaction time of 1 ms as well as electromagnetic brakes that ensure safe emergency stop procedures and enable safe operation in collaborative environments. Thanks to these advanced technologies, the CR30H is well prepared for the automation requirements of the future.
