Il Dobot Nova 5 è un robot collaborativo a 6 assi progettato per applicazioni industriali che richiedono una maggiore capacità di carico utile, velocità elevata e un'ottima precisione operativa. Il design moderno e compatto ne consente una facile integrazione in linee di produzione, celle robotizzate e ambienti collaborativi.
Il robot offre un raggio d'azione di 850 mm, un carico utile massimo di 5 kg e una velocità massima fino a 2 m/s, garantendo prestazioni elevate in applicazioni rapide e ripetitive. La struttura leggera di soli 14 kg ne consente una facile installazione in diverse orientazioni di montaggio industriale.
Con una ripetibilità di ±0,05 mm e un ampio range di movimento degli assi, il Nova 5 è ideale per applicazioni come pick-and-place, assemblaggio industriale, machine tending, ispezione, movimentazione di componenti e automazione da laboratorio.
Il modello supporta la comunicazione RS485 per gli end effector, ingressi e uscite digitali integrati, grado di protezione IP54 e funzionamento silenzioso a circa 70 dB(A). Il suo sistema collaborativo consente un funzionamento sicuro e un'integrazione efficiente nei moderni processi industriali.
Il Dobot Nova 5 presenta inoltre bassi consumi energetici, una struttura in lega di alluminio e plastica ABS, nonché la compatibilità con diversi strumenti di automazione industriale, pinze e accessori.
