L'UR30 è un robot collaborativo a 6 assi con un carico utile fino a 35 kg e un raggio d'azione di 1300 mm. Con una ripetibilità di ±0,1 mm, un ingombro compatto di Ø 245 mm e un peso di 63,5 kg, è ideale per applicazioni ad alta forza. Il braccio robotico è classificato IP65 e certificato per l'uso in camera bianca ISO Classe 4, il che lo rende adatto ad ambienti industriali impegnativi.
Il controllo avviene tramite l'intuitivo software Polyscope su un touchscreen da 12". L'UR30 supporta interfacce come Modbus TCP, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, USB 2.0/3.0 e include I/O digitali e analogici. La comunicazione con l'utensile avviene tramite un connettore M8, con alimentazione a 12/24 V. Dispone di 17 funzioni di sicurezza integrate conformi a PLd Categoria 3.

Lieferumfang
When you order your UR30, you will receive the robot arm and its control box as well as a teach pendant with 3-stage enabling switch, a power cable and a cable to connect the robot to the control box, as well as the user manual. Application kits or other peripherals are not included and must be ordered separately.

You receive our Teach Pendant with every robot arm. This contains the free PolyScope software, which you can use to set up and operate your cobot. A POWERFUL CONTROL SYSTEM
