Il robot delta a 4 assi RobotPhoenix Bat1100M-S15 è progettato per operazioni di pick & place ad alta velocità. Con un diametro di lavoro di 1.100 mm, fino a 220 prelievi al minuto e una velocità massima di 6 m/s, offre una soluzione di automazione precisa ed economica. L'accelerazione massima raggiunge 150 m/s² con una ripetibilità di circa 0,05 mm.
Il controllo è affidato all'opzionale RobotPhoenix® Robot Control, disponibile in versione a quadro. Il software gratuito consente una programmazione intuitiva e l'integrazione con sistemi come Modbus TCP, Socket o Python, ideale per architetture di controllo flessibili.
Le applicazioni tipiche includono pick and place, attività di smistamento e impilamento su nastri trasportatori e applicazioni di fine linea. Grazie al design modulare e alle interfacce aperte, il robot può essere facilmente integrato nei sistemi di automazione esistenti.
Highlights
(1) RobotPhoenix Bat1100M-S15 is a 4-axis heavy-duty delta parallel robot with a working diameter of 1100mm and a rated payload of 15kg. It adopts an optimized rigid multi-branch mechanical structure, with a maximum linear speed of 10m/s and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm. The whole machine weighs 70kg and reaches IP54 dustproof and splash-proof protection, equipped with complete EMC shielding, real-time operating status monitoring and emergency stop safety interlock functions. It can run stably in 0–45℃ industrial environments, and the reinforced transmission structure supports long-cycle high-load continuous picking and handling operations.
(2) This robot adopts three-phase AC380V power supply with 3.3kW rated power and suspended installation design to save production line floor space. It comes with abundant expandable I/O interfaces and dual encoder input channels, supporting Modbus-RTU/TCP and Socket communication protocols. The built-in integrated control system is highly open, compatible with mainstream vision systems, conveyor tracking modules and various pneumatic/electric grippers, enabling seamless docking with automated sorting, packaging and assembly lines without complicated customized modification.
(3) Supported by mature mass production and 20,000-hour MTBF reliability certification, the Bat1100M-S15 is oriented to medium and heavy material handling scenes. It is widely used in food, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals and logistics industries for finished product sorting, box packing and medium-weight material palletizing. Compared with small-load delta models, it greatly improves single-line handling capacity and production efficiency, effectively reducing manual intervention for heavy-duty stations and lowering overall production operation costs.
