L'igus SCARA RL-A9.0216 è un robot compatto a 3 assi progettato per attività di precisione in ambienti di laboratorio e di automazione su piccola scala. Con un carico utile di 0,5 kg, un raggio d'azione orizzontale di 400 mm e una corsa verticale di 360 mm, raggiunge tempi ciclo superiori a 6 pick al minuto. La costruzione in plastica tribologicamente ottimizzata garantisce una lunga durata, bassa manutenzione e un notevole risparmio sui costi.
Il controllo è affidato all'opzionale igus® Robot Control, disponibile in versione armadio di controllo o per guida DIN. Il software gratuito consente una programmazione intuitiva e l'integrazione con diversi sistemi come Modbus TCP/IT, ROS, Python e altri, garantendo una messa in servizio rapida. In alternativa, ogni asse può essere controllato singolarmente tramite i controller motore igus® dryve D1, ideale per architetture di controllo flessibili.
Ideale per operazioni pick-and-place, movimentazione di campioni e ambienti didattici, l'RL-A9.0216 si integra senza problemi nei sistemi di automazione modulari.
