I robot SCARA i4L di Omron, disponibili nelle varianti L350, L450 e L550, offrono un raggio d'azione da 350 a 550 mm e carichi utili fino a 5 kg. Con una ripetibilità di ±0,01 mm e tempi di ciclo a partire da 0,38 secondi, sono ideali per applicazioni ad alta velocità e alta precisione. Il design compatto con controller integrato consente un montaggio su tavolo o a parete con ingombri ridotti.
La programmazione avviene tramite l'intuitivo software ACE o Sysmac Studio. Grazie all'architettura aperta (linguaggio eV+) e alle interfacce integrate come EtherCAT, RS-232C e I/O digitali, i robot si integrano facilmente nei sistemi di automazione esistenti. Una luce dome RGB multicolore fornisce un'indicazione visiva dello stato e supporta la manutenzione predittiva.
Le applicazioni tipiche includono pick & place, assemblaggio, imballaggio e movimentazione dei materiali. La serie i4L è particolarmente adatta ad ambienti di produzione digitale che richiedono velocità, precisione e integrazione semplice.

The i4L enables easy integration with a compact design and small footprint. Installation is extremely simple, as the robot can be mounted on a horizontal (table mounting) or vertical surface (wall mounting) without the need for additional adapters or brackets. Cable connections can be arranged so that they exit either through or parallel to the mounting surface.
