Schneller Delta-Roboter für präzise Pick & Place Anwendungen

Der drylin® Delta-Roboter DLE-DR-0002 bietet eine Wiederholgenauigkeit von ±0,5 mm und erreicht bis zu 60 Picks/min bei einem Arbeitsraumdurchmesser von 360 mm. Mit einer Nutzlast von 5 kg, 3 m/s Geschwindigkeit und 60 m/s² Beschleunigung ist er ideal für schnelle und präzise Prozesse.

Die Steuerung erfolgt über die Dryve D1 Motorsteuerung – kompatibel mit Modbus TCP, CANopen und digitalen/analogen I/Os. Die Integration in bestehende Systeme ist einfach und ohne Softwareinstallation möglich. Optionales Zubehör wie Initiator-Kits und Kalibrierdorne erleichtern die Einrichtung.

Empfohlen für Pick & Place, Sortierung, Verpackung und Laborautomatisierung. Ideal für industrielle Anwendungen, Forschung und KMUs mit Fokus auf Effizienz und Wartungsfreiheit.

Typical application areas

The Delta robots from igus® are available as 2-axis or 3-axis variants. They are suitable for pick and place, conveyor belt picking and stacking tasks in three-dimensional space. In conjunction with a gripper or suction cup and a vision system, bin picking tasks can be implemented very quickly.

Optional handheld with touch screen

Choose the right setup for you.

You can control the robot either from your Windows 10 PC or from the optional handheld with touch screen. On the PC the robot can be programmed via a graphical user interface. With the handheld you can control the robot with a joystick and start programs via the touch screen. In addition, you can also connect a gamepad to your Windows PC for control as an alternative to the handheld. With this handheld, the robot runs autonomously without the computer after programming via the Windows PC.
