Schmalz ROB-SET ECBPMi – Ensembles de préhension à vide électriques pour cobots
La série ROB-SET ECBPMi de Schmalz propose des solutions complètes prêtes à connecter pour la manutention automatisée avec des robots collaboratifs et légers. Chaque ensemble est basé sur le générateur de vide électrique CobotPump ECBPMi et inclut tous les composants nécessaires à une intégration rapide : générateur de vide, adaptateur de bride, ventouse et câble de connexion.
Grâce à la génération de vide électrique, aucune alimentation en air comprimé n’est nécessaire, ce qui rend l’installation extrêmement simple. Les ensembles sont optimisés pour les marques de robots populaires telles que Universal Robots, FANUC, ABB, Dobot, igus et autres. Avec le principe Plug & Work et le logiciel optionnel URCap, la mise en service est intuitive et rapide.
Parfait pour des applications telles que le pick-and-place, l’emballage, l’assemblage et le prélèvement en vrac, en particulier pour les pièces étanches jusqu’à environ 3 kg.

Plug-and-play vacuum handling for FAIRINO robots
The ECBPMi FAIRINO from Schmalz has been specially developed for rapid integration with FAIRINO lightweight robots and enables immediate implementation of automated pick-and-place processes. All components are optimally coordinated with one another, reducing engineering, procurement and assembly costs to a minimum. Thanks to the integrated electric vacuum generator, there is no need to connect to a central compressed air supply, which reduces installation costs and allows new automation applications to be implemented flexibly. The pre-configured complete set significantly speeds up commissioning and ensures reliable, reproducible handling of a wide variety of workpieces in production, assembly and logistics.
