Hitbot Z-EFG-C35 – Compact Electric Parallel Gripper with Integrated Controller
The Hitbot Z-EFG-C35 is a compact 2-finger parallel electric gripper designed for precision handling, flexible automation, and seamless integration with robotic systems. Combining a servo motor, precision planetary gearbox, and cross roller guide, it delivers smooth motion, stable gripping performance, and high positioning accuracy.
With a 35 mm adjustable stroke and an adjustable gripping force from 15 to 50 N, the Z-EFG-C35 can reliably handle a wide variety of workpieces weighing up to 1 kg. Its repeatability of ±0.03 mm ensures consistent performance in assembly, machine tending, inspection, packaging, and pick-and-place applications.
The gripper features an integrated controller, minimizing cabinet space requirements and simplifying installation. Position, speed, and gripping force can be precisely configured through RS-485 communication using Modbus RTU, while additional digital I/O interfaces provide easy integration with robots, PLCs, and automation systems.
Advanced functions such as object drop detection and workpiece presence monitoring improve process reliability and reduce production errors. With a service life of millions of cycles and maintenance intervals of up to one million operations, the Z-EFG-C35 is designed for long-term industrial use.
