Il ReBeLMove Outdoor di igus è un robot mobile autonomo (AMR) progettato per l'uso sia all'aperto che in ambienti interni. Con un carico utile di 500 kg, una capacità di traino fino a 1.000 kg, un'autonomia di 8 ore e scanner laser 3D, telecamere e funzioni di sicurezza conformi a CE/Performance Level D, offre una soluzione di trasporto ad alte prestazioni e sicura.
La messa in servizio avviene tramite un'app intuitiva per Android, iOS, web, Windows e Linux. Il sistema consente una facile configurazione, il monitoraggio dei processi e una gestione integrata della flotta, e può essere integrato nelle flotte AMR esistenti.
Ideale per l'approvvigionamento delle macchine, la consegna a postazioni di lavoro manuali e il trasporto di pallet, contenitori e carrelli sia in ambienti interni che all'aperto.

The ReBeL Move Outdoor is a mobile transport solution designed for demanding logistics tasks both indoors and outdoors. Thanks to intelligent optical navigation with 3D mapping and object detection, the autonomous mobile robot (AMR) can safely navigate new routes and uneven terrain with ease. With a payload capacity of up to 500 kg and a towing capacity of up to 1,000 kg, it efficiently transports heavy loads throughout production facilities, warehouses, and industrial sites. Advanced sensors and an outdoor LiDAR system ensure safe navigation around employees, vehicles, gates, ramps, and other obstacles.

Intuitive operation via app and open interfaces
Commissioning and operation of the ReBeL Move Outdoor are simple and intuitive via a user-friendly app. Pick-up stations can be set up quickly, transport tasks can be automated, and all operations can be managed through an integrated dashboard. The built-in fleet management system enables efficient coordination of multiple vehicles to ensure a smooth material flow. Thanks to open interfaces such as MQTT and REST API, the AMR can be seamlessly integrated into existing IT, SAP, and production environments and adapted to individual requirements, including compliance with VDA 5050 standards.
