L'ABB IRB 920-6/0.55 è un robot SCARA a 4 assi ad alte prestazioni con un raggio d'azione di 550 mm e un carico utile di 6 kg. Con una ripetibilità fino a 0,02 mm e tempi di ciclo a partire da 0,31 secondi, è ideale per operazioni rapide di pick & place, assemblaggio e ispezione. Il design compatto con passaggio cavi interno riduce l'ingombro e semplifica l'integrazione in celle di produzione modulari.
L'IRB 920 è compatibile con i controller OmniCore di ABB (E10, C30, C90XT) e supporta fino a 20 segnali I/O, alimentazione ad aria integrata (6 bar) e comunicazione Ethernet. Le varianti opzionali IP54 e ISO5 per camere bianche lo rendono adatto ad ambienti per l'elettronica, la farmaceutica e i laboratori.

A choice of 450, 550 and 650mm reach options meet the requirements for a range of different operations. An extended stroke of 300mm supports applications requiring additional vertical reach.
