Il FANUC CRX-30iA è il robot collaborativo più potente della serie CRX, con un carico utile fino a 30 kg e un raggio d'azione di 1.756 mm. Con una ripetibilità di ±0,05 mm è ideale per pallettizzazione, servizio macchina, movimentazione materiali e saldatura. La sensoristica di forza integrata garantisce una collaborazione sicura con l'operatore, senza dispositivi di sicurezza esterni.
La programmazione è intuitiva tramite il tablet teach pendant con interfaccia drag-and-drop oppure mediante insegnamento manuale guidato. Il CRX-30iA utilizza il controller R-30iB Plus e supporta software come ROBOGUIDE, iRVision e ZDT. Una novità è rappresentata dai pulsanti sul polso (J6), che consentono un insegnamento manuale diretto e la personalizzazione.
Le applicazioni tipiche includono pallettizzazione, movimentazione di pezzi pesanti, carico macchina e saldatura. Il CRX-30iA è certificato ISO (ISO 10218-1, ISO 13849-1), è esente da manutenzione per 8 anni e consente un montaggio flessibile a pavimento, parete o soffitto.
