Cobot ultracompatto per l'automazione di precisione in spazi ristretti
L'UR3e è un robot collaborativo a 6 assi con un carico utile di 3 kg e un raggio d'azione di 500 mm. Con una ripetibilità di ±0,03 mm e un ingombro compatto di Ø 128 mm, è ideale per attività di precisione in spazi ristretti. Il robot pesa solo 11,2 kg, è certificato IP54 ed è conforme agli standard per camere bianche ISO Classe 6/7.
Il controllo avviene tramite il software Polyscope, di facile utilizzo, su un touchscreen da 12". L'UR3e supporta interfacce come Modbus TCP, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, USB, ROS/ROS2, oltre a I/O digitali e analogici. La comunicazione con l'utensile avviene tramite un connettore M8 a 8 pin con alimentazione a 12/24 V.
Le applicazioni tipiche includono assemblaggio, incollaggio, avvitatura e attività di ispezione. L'UR3e può essere integrato direttamente su un tavolo o all'interno di macchine, ideale per le aziende che desiderano un'automazione flessibile e salvaspazio.
